There’s a quiet joy in practicing together — whether online or in person. When we move and breathe in a shared rhythm, something begins to shift. The space feels grounding, alive, and quietly supportive. Even in silence, you feel held. Group sessions become a space for presence — where each person returns inward, in their own way. There’s comfort in practicing beside others, each one tuning in, each one gently coming home to themselves.

Ekya yoga has been a fantastic experience for me. Saatvika is a gifted yoga practitioner and a wonderful, encouraging instructor. Yoga with her is holistic, simple and authentic, no frills or fancy. It's a gentle journey of self awareness and body mindfulness; and not merely a destination to a perfect looking asana or pose. I have gained a deeper understanding of balance and strength in postures with her easy to follow instructions. Today I am able to practice with ease certain asanas that I found daunting for a very long time! Her classes are well balanced with both gentle and dynamic practice.
Yoga strengthens and softens the body in equal measure, creating space for energy, flexibility, and graceful movement.
As you move and breathe with quiet awareness, a peaceful steadiness begins to settle within you.
With each conscious breath, the mind begins to clear — and what once felt scattered becomes steady.
Yoga gently brings you home to yourself, helping you listen, feel, and return to what’s true inside.
When the breath slows, the nervous system calms — and the weight you’ve been carrying starts to ease.
This practice touches every layer of your being — body, mind, and spirit — and brings them into harmony.
Yoga classes with Saatvika are a wonderful experience. I joined as a complete beginner but under her guidance, I was able to quickly pick up many asanas while still remaining very comfortable and at ease - that's just the kind of teacher she is! She gives individual feedback to ensure we feel completely engaged the entire time and is very patient. It's easy to see how passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated she is about yoga. Saatvika also has the most wonderful personality and presence which never fails to instantly make you feel calm and positive. The classes have had a huge positive impact on my life, both mentally and physically.

Saatvika is one of the best teachers I have come across. She is very kind in her approach and makes us feel very comfortable during the yoga class. Personal attention is given and all the postures are monitored and guided very well. Overall an excellent teacher. I consider Ekya Yoga to be the best place to learn and practice.
Saatvika has a very serene aura and she puts her sincerest approach in everything she does. She has excellent expertise in physical and mental wellness topics. Even if you are unsure of what you need, you can trust Saatvika to guide you to genuine solutions tailored to individual needs. No gimmicks, just pure authentic support that one needs. My experience was excellent!
When you begin to practice yoga consistently, something begins to deepen. What might start as a physical movement slowly becomes a quiet space where you meet yourself. It’s not just about posture or technique — though I will guide you there too — it’s how you feel within.
That soft glow in the body, the ease in the breath, the stillness in the mind — that’s the deeper connection. You begin to notice you’re more centered than when you first stepped onto the mat. And with time, that presence becomes something you look forward to.
Physical health and inner peace begin to emerge, not as goals, but as natural by-products of your practice. Yoga is more than motivation — because motivation will come and go. But if you stay with the practice long enough, if you allow yourself to experience it fully, there will come a point when you simply fall in love with it.
You won’t need to push yourself anymore — it’ll start calling you back. The asanas become a form of meditation, a movement into stillness. Every breath, every transition, becomes part of a much larger unfolding — a journey back to yourself. A journey toward Ekya — that quiet, sacred space of Oneness. And each time we return to the mat, in the quiet of each breath, we touch something that feels like home.

I love online classes with Saatvika. I had been practicing yoga for ten years when I joined her classes online. That was one of the best decisions I took. Yoga practice under her expert guidance has helped me take my practice to another level, both physically and mentally. Due to her detailed verbal instructions and physical demonstration, the online practice is as easy and smooth as an actual live class. The added benefit is doing it from the comfort of my home. I'm so grateful to get the opportunity to practice yoga with Saatvika as my teacher. Her understanding of Yoga is very deep and her teaching method is both gentle and encouraging. She is able to guide each student to reach their maximum potential, while avoiding injury.
Absolutely. This session is beginner-friendly and fully guided. You don’t need any experience or flexibility — just a willingness to show up.
A yoga mat (or any non-slip surface), a quiet space, and a stable internet connection. Wear something comfortable that lets you move freely. You may also want to keep a small towel and water nearby, although we’ll avoid drinking water during the practice.
Yes. The pace will be steady, with clear instructions and options to modify based on your level. You don’t need to do everything perfectly. This is a space to connect within, not to perform.
I have done a few yoga classes in my life, but none have had the same impact on me as yours. I’m a Bharatanatyam dancer and have been dancing all my life, and yoga isn’t unfamiliar to me. I have also had the opportunity to do Vipassana meditation, which made me more aware of mindfulness and observing the sensations of the body. Your yoga classes reinforce these elements so beautifully. Maybe for the first time in my life, I’m actually beginning to understand what yoga truly is. I’ve always been told it’s a great way to improve flexibility, etc., but because of you, I now see that yoga is a Sadhana. It’s about perseverance and patience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me aware of this feeling.”
